HI-HO SP JAW complies with the rules resulting from the provisions on the protection of personal data: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR") and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

HI-HO processes personal data if it has a legal basis, which may result from:

1. From a contract or potential contract that we want to conclude as contractors;

3. From the law (e.g. when we share data with tax authorities).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the administrator provided when consenting to marketing activities will be art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) in connection with with recitals 32, 42, 43 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), and the legal basis for the processing by the administrator of personal data provided when filling out forms, orders and applications on online platforms used to order products and services, contact or complaints, and processed for the purposes of direct marketing of own products and services, and also pursuing claims is the legally justified purpose of the administrator, i.e. Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) in connection with with recital 47 of the GDPR. A special legal basis for sending commercial information by electronic means (e-mail) is art. 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended). If consent is given for us to present information about our new products and promotions by phone or text message, the legal basis for the processing of the telephone number will be art. 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended)
